Qualifications
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Genomics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing technologies
- Strong publication record in high-impact journals (Nature, Cell, Science)
- Certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines
- Advanced proficiency in Python/R for genomic data analysis
- Demonstrated success in leading IND-enabling studies
- Experience with FDA/EMA regulatory pathways for orphan drugs
