Responsibilities
- Oversee design, execution, and analysis of Phase I-III oncology clinical trials
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing strategic research protocols aligned with FDA/EMA guidelines
- Collaborate with regulatory affairs to ensure compliance and accelerate drug approvals
- Present findings at international conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior medical staff and foster a culture of scientific excellence
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and biotech firms
Qualifications
- MD/PhD with 10+ years of oncology research experience
- Board-certified in Medical Oncology or Hematology
- Proven track record leading FDA-regulated clinical trials
- Expertise in biomarker-driven therapeutic development
- Strong publication record in high-impact journals
- Experience with FDA/EMA regulatory submissions
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
