Responsibilities
- Design and oversee Phase I-III oncology clinical trials
- Develop institutional treatment guidelines based on latest research
- Mentor fellows and junior physicians in translational oncology
- Collaborate with pharmaceutical partners on drug development
- Present findings at ASCO, AACR, and other key conferences
- Secure NIH and industry research grants
- Lead tumor board meetings and interdisciplinary case reviews
Qualifications
- MD/DO with board certification in Medical Oncology
- 5+ years of clinical trial leadership experience
- Active NIH R01 grant or equivalent industry funding
- Published work in NEJM, Lancet Oncology, or similar
- Experience with CAR-T and immunotherapy protocols
- Valid Massachusetts medical license
- Strong background in biostatistics and data interpretation
- Demonstrated success in multidisciplinary team leadership
