Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital health strategies aligned with clinical best practices
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, clinicians, and data scientists
- Ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, HIPAA) for digital health products
- Collaborate with healthcare providers on product integration and adoption
- Drive research initiatives leveraging AI and machine learning in healthcare
- Mentor junior medical professionals in digital health competencies
- Represent company at industry conferences and regulatory forums
Qualifications
- MD/DO with active medical license and board certification
- 5+ years clinical experience in healthcare technology or informatics
- Proven leadership in digital health product development
- Strong understanding of FDA 510(k)/PMA processes and HITRUST standards
- Experience with EHR systems, telemedicine platforms, and health data analytics
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- PhD or Master's in Health Informatics preferred
- Published research in peer-reviewed medical journals a plus
