Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily clinical operations of the facility, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.
- Develop and implement strategic clinical initiatives that align with the organization's mission and regulatory requirements.
- Lead a diverse team of medical professionals, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, JCAHO, and other relevant healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Analyze clinical data and operational metrics to identify trends, optimize workflows, and reduce costs without compromising care quality.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to forecast budget needs and manage financial resources effectively.
- Represent CardioCare Systems at medical conferences and community health events to build partnerships.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
- Board certification in a relevant medical specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Cardiology).
- Minimum of 10+ years of clinical experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting.
- Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and operational budgets.
- Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement models and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and healthcare information systems.
