Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive clinical operations strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee the quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, CMS).
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to foster a culture of excellence.
- Analyze clinical data and operational metrics to identify trends, optimize workflows, and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure necessary resources and budget allocations for clinical programs.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care through continuous staff education and training.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and medical board meetings.
Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree required.
- Board certification in a relevant medical specialty is mandatory.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in a clinical setting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex clinical operations and teams.
- Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
