Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to oncology patients across all treatment phases
- Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies with precision
- Monitor patient vital signs and manage symptom management protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home care strategies
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington State
- BSN degree (MSN preferred)
- 2+ years oncology nursing experience
- Oncology Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Experience with electronic health records (EPIC preferred)
