Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Education: MD, DO, MPH, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree in a healthcare-related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in clinical operations, healthcare management, or a related leadership role.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation processes (e.g., Joint Commission), and reimbursement models.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex medical and operational concepts to non-clinical stakeholders and the public.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of developing and executing strategic initiatives that result in improved operational performance and patient outcomes.
- Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, EHRs, and data analytics tools.
