Responsibilities
- Develop and execute clinical strategy for 3+ research divisions
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicians, researchers, and data scientists
- Oversee clinical trials and ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, HIPAA)
- Establish partnerships with academic medical centers and industry leaders
- Mentor senior medical staff and foster talent development
- Drive innovation in precision medicine and telehealth solutions
- Represent organization at national healthcare conferences and policy forums
Qualifications
- MD/DO with 10+ years of progressive clinical leadership experience
- Board certification in relevant medical specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Oncology)
- Proven track record in clinical research and regulatory affairs
- Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and P&L
- Strong expertise in healthcare data analytics and AI applications
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- PhD or Master's in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience working in startup or fast-paced healthcare innovation environment
