- Mentor 25+ physician leaders and direct continuous medical education programs
- Establish research partnerships with Harvard Medical School and MIT
Qualifications
- Board certification in relevant medical specialty (Internal Medicine, Surgery, or Pediatrics)
- 15+ years clinical experience with 7+ years in healthcare leadership
- MD/DO degree from LCME-accredited institution with residency completion
- Masters in Healthcare Administration (MHA) or MBA preferred
- Proven track record in reducing healthcare costs while improving quality metrics
- Demonstrated success in managing departmental budgets >$10M
- Expertise in EHR implementation (Epic, Cerner) and data analytics
- Active medical license in Massachusetts
