Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations across 15+ specialty departments and 200+ medical staff
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment protocols aligned with JCAHO standards
- Lead strategic initiatives for healthcare innovation and digital transformation
- Chair interdisciplinary quality improvement committees and patient safety boards
- Manage multimillion-dollar departmental budgets and resource allocation
- Represent BMC in national healthcare policy forums and regulatory compliance
- Mentor senior physicians and advance next-generation leadership programs
Qualifications
- MD/DO with 10+ years post-residency clinical leadership experience
- Board certification in relevant medical specialty (ABMS/ABIM accredited)
- Fellowship in healthcare administration or MBA from top-tier institution
- Demonstrated success in quality improvement initiatives (e.g., CMS MIPS optimization)
- Published research in peer-reviewed medical journals (H-index >25)
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic preferred) and healthcare analytics platforms
