Responsibilities
- Develop and implement clinical protocols aligned with evidence-based medicine and regulatory standards
- Oversee departmental budgets, resource allocation, and quality improvement initiatives
- Lead interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and operational efficiency

Qualifications
- MD/DO degree with active medical license in Massachusetts
- 10+ years clinical experience with 5+ years in healthcare leadership
- Fellowship in relevant medical specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine)
- Proven track record in quality improvement and patient safety programs
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead diverse teams
- Experience with EHR systems and healthcare analytics
- Board certification required
