Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of multi-phase clinical trials in oncology and immunology
- Develop evidence-based treatment protocols for rare diseases

- Mentor junior physicians and research scientists

Qualifications
- MD/DO with 10+ years in clinical research or hospital leadership
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or relevant specialty
- Proven track record in FDA-regulated clinical trials
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals (NEJM, Lancet)
- Expertise in biostatistics and data interpretation
- Experience securing NIH or foundation grants
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
