- Mentor 50+ physicians and advanced practice providers
- Collaborate with R&D on clinical trial protocols
- Drive patient safety initiatives and compliance with JCAHO standards
Qualifications
- Board-certified physician with 10+ years clinical experience
- Fellowship in relevant medical specialty (e.g., Oncology, Cardiology)
- 3+ years in healthcare administration or leadership
- Proven track record in quality improvement initiatives
- Active medical license in Massachusetts
- Experience with EHR systems and healthcare analytics
- Strong financial acumen for departmental budget oversight
