Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations and quality improvement initiatives across 3+ hospital departments
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment protocols aligned with JCAHO standards
- Lead cross-functional teams in strategic planning and budget optimization
- Drive innovation in patient care models and digital health integration
- Represent the organization in regulatory compliance and stakeholder communications
- Mentor medical staff and cultivate a culture of continuous professional development
Qualifications
- MD/DO degree with board certification in Internal Medicine or relevant specialty
- 10+ years progressive clinical leadership experience in acute care settings
- Proven track record in quality improvement and patient safety program implementation
- Expertise in healthcare analytics and data-driven decision making
- Strong financial acumen with experience in multi-million dollar budget management
- Valid Massachusetts medical license and DEA certification
- Fellowship in Medical Management or Healthcare Administration preferred
