Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and water systems
- Perform advanced structural analysis using industry-standard software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit)
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and compliance with local and federal regulations
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with contractors, architects, and government agencies
- Develop innovative sustainable solutions for stormwater management and green infrastructure
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and client presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in municipal infrastructure design
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, BIM modeling, and structural analysis tools
- Proven track record of managing $5M+ infrastructure projects
- Deep knowledge of TxDOT and FEMA regulations
- LEED AP certification or equivalent sustainability credentials
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and client management expertise
