Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from conceptualization to prototyping
- Perform finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations
- Design complex mechanical systems using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Validate designs through rigorous testing and failure mode analysis
- Mentor junior engineers and optimize manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate advanced materials and technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in mechanical design and product development
- Expert proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation software
- Strong understanding of GD&T and manufacturing processes
- Proven track record in automotive or industrial automation projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
