As a pivotal member of our engineering team, you will bridge the gap between conceptual design and mass production, ensuring our products are not only functionally superior but market-leading.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end mechanical design process, from conceptual sketch to final production drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Perform detailed analysis including Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to validate design integrity and stress testing.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Electrical, Manufacturing, and Quality) to ensure seamless integration of components.
- Develop and maintain rigorous documentation, including Bill of Materials (BOM), GD&T standards, and comprehensive test protocols.
- Oversee prototype fabrication and conduct rigorous testing to identify areas for optimization, cost reduction, and reliability improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in mechanical design, product development, and CAD modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Siemens NX).
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), materials science, and manufacturing processes (CNC, Injection Molding, 3D Printing).
- Experience with FEA tools (ANSYS, Abaqus, or similar) is highly preferred.
