Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and failure mode investigations for production line issues.
  • Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability of new products.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Implement and monitor Lean Six Sigma projects to reduce cycle times and scrap rates.

Qualifications
