Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex consulting engagements from inception to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and project profitability.
- Develop and present high-impact strategic recommendations to C-suite executives, guiding them through critical business decisions.
- Conduct in-depth market research, data analysis, and financial modeling to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Design and implement innovative business processes, organizational structures, and technology solutions to achieve client objectives.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Manage client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Contribute to Elevate Consulting Group's thought leadership through research, articles, and presentations.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, Economics, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in management consulting at a reputable firm, with a focus on strategy, operations, or organizational transformation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously, delivering exceptional results under pressure.
- Superior analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with an aptitude for data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience in client relationship management and business development.
