Responsibilities

- Operational Excellence: Identify inefficiencies in business processes and design scalable solutions to optimize performance and reduce costs.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior consultants and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or a senior operational role.
- Analytics: Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and financial modeling (Excel, SAP).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with creative and practical solutions.
