Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for C-suite executives, delivering actionable strategic roadmaps
- Perform financial modeling, market analysis, and operational diagnostics to identify growth opportunities
- Design and implement organizational restructuring initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Present findings to executive boards through compelling data visualizations and executive summaries
- Mentor junior consultants while maintaining client relationships through quarterly business reviews
- Develop proprietary thought leadership content for industry conferences and publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of management consulting experience at top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and advanced Excel modeling
- Proven track record of leading $5M+ transformation projects
- Certification in Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent operational methodology
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive board experience
- Strong network within Fortune 500 organizations
