Responsibilities

- Facilitate executive-level workshops and present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders.
- Develop detailed financial models and business cases for multi-million dollar transformation projects.
- Mentor junior consultants to ensure high-quality, actionable output and professional growth.
- Collaborate with internal partners to refine firm methodologies and thought leadership.
- Ensure project alignment with long-term client strategic objectives and KPIs.
Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Strategy from a top-tier university.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in top-tier management consulting (MBB preferred).
- Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and project workstreams.
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization (Tableau, PowerBI) and financial modeling (Excel).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high executive presence.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and lead cross-functional teams with authority.
- Deep sector expertise in Financial Services, Technology, or Healthcare sectors.
