Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Client Engagements: Own the delivery of complex consulting projects, acting as the primary point of contact for C-level stakeholders and managing the full project lifecycle from scoping to final delivery.
- Strategic Advisory: Conduct rigorous market analysis, SWOT analysis, and financial modeling to develop comprehensive business strategies that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Operational Excellence: Identify process bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance overall organizational performance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a team of junior consultants and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring 100% satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion.
- Thought Leadership: Contribute to Apex's internal knowledge base by authoring industry whitepapers, speaking at conferences, and presenting thought leadership to the market.
- Crisis Management: Navigate high-pressure situations with composure, providing decisive leadership and strategic guidance during critical business transitions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, Economics, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree with exceptional performance and 5+ years of experience is also acceptable).
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in top-tier management consulting, strategy roles, or a relevant executive leadership position within a large corporation.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and design innovative solutions that align with broader business goals.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive boards.
- Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines, and delivering results within budget constraints.
- Tools & Tech: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, SQL) is highly desirable.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time to client sites and industry conferences.
