Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Spearhead end-to-end strategic projects, including market entry strategies, operational re-engineering, and digital transformation roadmaps.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate deep, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to drive client retention and expansion.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth industry research and competitive intelligence analysis to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Workshop Facilitation: Design and facilitate high-impact workshops to align cross-functional teams and drive consensus on strategic direction.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions that enhance productivity.
- Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, white papers, and industry reports.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in management consulting, strategy, or a senior operational role within a multinational corporation.
- Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and strategic planning frameworks (e.g., SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Adaptability: High resilience and the ability to thrive under pressure in a client-facing capacity.
