Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of complex strategy and operational excellence projects for global clients.
- Develop comprehensive business cases and ROI models for large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate high-impact workshops with senior executive stakeholders to define long-term vision and strategic roadmaps.
- Direct the quantitative and qualitative analysis of market trends, competitor landscapes, and internal performance data.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and scope.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants to foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the firm's footprint within existing accounts.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a premier global management consulting firm (Big 4 or MBB preferred).
- Proven track record of leading successful organizational redesign or operational efficiency programs.
- Expert-level proficiency in strategic frameworks and advanced financial modeling.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite decision-makers.
- Strong project management credentials (e.g., PMP, Prince2) and experience with Agile methodologies.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet client needs across the EMEA region.
