Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements from diagnosis through implementation
- Develop data-driven strategic recommendations using advanced analytics frameworks
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder communication sessions
- Manage cross-functional project teams with P&L responsibility
- Design and optimize operational processes for Fortune 500 clients
- Present insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior consultants and drive knowledge management initiatives
Qualifications
- 7+ years of management consulting experience at top-tier firms
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) from accredited institution
- Expertise in at least one core vertical: Tech, Finance, or Healthcare
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (SWOT, Porter's 5 Forces, etc.)
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL
- Proven track record leading complex transformation projects
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive presence
- Professional certifications (PMP, CFA, or similar) preferred
