Qualifications
- 8+ years of management consulting experience at top-tier firms
- Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or equivalent) from a leading institution
- Proven track record of delivering $1M+ consulting projects
- Expertise in strategic planning, operational transformation, or organizational development
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven approach
- Strong presentation skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and client relationships
- Professional certification (PMP, CFA, or similar) preferred
