Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements in digital transformation, operational efficiency, and market expansion
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to C-level executives using advanced analytical frameworks
- Manage cross-functional project teams while ensuring alignment with client business objectives
- Drive stakeholder engagement through executive-level presentations and change management initiatives
- Mentor junior consultants while maintaining accountability for project deliverables and client satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to thought leadership through industry publications
Qualifications
- 8+ years of management consulting experience at top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, etc.)
- Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- Expertise in quantitative analysis and proficiency in advanced modeling tools (SQL, Python, Tableau)
- Proven track record of leading high-stakes projects across multiple industries
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong project management credentials (PMP or similar certification preferred)
