Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for Fortune 500 clients in strategy development and operational transformation
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and financial modeling to inform executive decision-making
- Design and implement scalable organizational frameworks to optimize performance and efficiency
- Mentor junior consultants through structured training programs and project leadership
- Develop executive-level presentations and deliverables that drive measurable business outcomes
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to strategic growth initiatives
Qualifications
- 7+ years of management consulting experience at top-tier firms (MBB, Big 4, or equivalent)
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional projects in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in strategic planning, operational excellence, and change management methodologies
- Exceptional data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Credibility with C-suite executives and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong project management certification (PMP or Six Sigma) preferred
