Responsibilities
- Lead complex consulting engagements in strategy development, operational transformation, and change management
- Analyze market trends, financial data, and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Develop executive-level presentations and deliverables that communicate actionable insights to C-suite stakeholders
- Mentor junior consultants and project teams while ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and measure ROI through KPI tracking
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent value delivery and strategic advisory
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field with 7+ years of management consulting experience
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects in strategy, operations, or organizational transformation
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, market analysis, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing consulting engagements with budgets exceeding $1M and cross-functional teams of 10+
- Strong understanding of industry dynamics across multiple sectors (Tech, Healthcare, Finance)
- Professional certifications (PMP, CFA, or Six Sigma) preferred
