Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for C-suite executives in Fortune 500 companies
- Design and implement transformative strategies in operational efficiency, market expansion, and digital transformation
- Present actionable recommendations to executive boards through compelling data visualizations and stakeholder workshops
- Manage cross-functional teams of 5-8 consultants while maintaining project profitability and client satisfaction
- Develop proprietary methodologies and thought leadership in emerging business trends
- Cultivate executive relationships with Fortune 500 clients to drive repeat business and account growth
Qualifications
- 10+ years of management consulting experience with top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.)
- Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or equivalent) from a globally recognized institution
- Proven track record of leading multi-million dollar transformation projects
- Expertise in data analytics, process optimization, and change management frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to influence C-level stakeholders
- Professional certifications (PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt) preferred
- Experience in Midwest market or willingness to travel 40% of the time
