Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for C-suite clients across financial services and technology sectors
- Design and implement strategic transformation initiatives including operational optimization and digital transformation
- Develop actionable frameworks using advanced analytics and market research to drive client growth
- Manage stakeholder relationships at executive level, presenting findings to boards and steering committees
- Mentor junior consultants and drive knowledge management within the practice
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development
Qualifications
- 7+ years of management consulting experience with top-tier firms (MBB or Big 4)
- Advanced degree from leading institution (MBA/MSc from Oxbridge, LSE, or equivalent)
- Proven track record in delivering £5M+ strategic projects for FTSE 100 clients
- Expertise in financial modeling, market sizing, and competitive analysis
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior executives
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Professional certifications (PMP, CFA, or Six Sigma) highly valued
