Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional consulting projects for C-suite executives in Fortune 500 companies
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic recommendations
- Develop and implement operational efficiency frameworks to reduce costs by 15-30%
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive presentations
- Mentor junior consultants while maintaining billable hour targets of 1,800+ annually
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across client organizations
- Contribute to thought leadership through white papers and industry conference speaking engagements
Qualifications
- 8+ years of management consulting experience with top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.)
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) from a Tier 1 institution
- Proven track record of leading multi-million dollar transformation projects
- Expertise in process optimization, change management, and digital transformation
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Strong stakeholder management abilities across all organizational levels
- Professional certification (PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt) highly preferred
- Experience in financial services, healthcare, or tech industries
