Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for C-suite clients, diagnosing organizational challenges and implementing transformative strategies
- Develop and deliver high-stakes presentations to executive stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights
- Manage cross-functional project teams of 5-8 consultants, ensuring deliverables exceed client expectations
- Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and cultivating long-term client partnerships
- Conduct rigorous market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic recommendations
- Mentor junior consultants through structured feedback sessions and skills development programs
- Optimize operational processes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance client profitability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
- 7+ years of management consulting experience at top-tier firms with proven client impact
- Expertise in strategy development, operational transformation, or organizational design
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Tableau) and financial modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-makers
- Track record of managing complex projects with budgets exceeding $1M
- Industry specialization in healthcare, financial services, or technology required
