Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements from diagnosis through implementation of strategic initiatives
- Develop actionable business frameworks and financial models to drive client decision-making
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder presentations to align leadership teams
- Mentor junior consultants while maintaining accountability for project deliverables and timelines
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform client strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate operational and technological solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years of management consulting experience at top-tier firms (MBB, Big 4, or equivalent)
- Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or Masters) from a globally recognized institution
- Proven track record of delivering $5M+ transformational projects for C-suite clients
- Expertise in at least one industry vertical: financial services, healthcare, or technology
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in data modeling and visualization tools
- Strong leadership background with experience managing diverse project teams
- Certification in project management (PMP) or Six Sigma preferred
