Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for C-suite clients across finance, healthcare, and technology sectors
- Develop data-driven strategic recommendations and implement operational transformation plans
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communication to ensure project alignment and satisfaction
- Mentor junior consultants and facilitate knowledge-sharing through case studies and best practices
- Leverage advanced analytics tools (Tableau, Python) to identify market opportunities and risks
- Present findings to executive boards through compelling visual storytelling and executive summaries
- Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers and industry conference speaking engagements
Qualifications
- 8+ years of management consulting experience at top-tier firms (MBB, Big 4)
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) from a globally recognized institution
- Proven track record of leading complex engagements in at least two industry verticals
- Expertise in strategic planning, process optimization, and change management frameworks
- Strong financial modeling and data analysis capabilities with SQL/Excel proficiency
- Certification in relevant methodologies (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to executive audiences
- Fluency in English with additional language proficiency highly valued
