Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements from discovery to implementation
- Develop data-driven strategic recommendations using advanced analytics
- Manage cross-functional teams of 5-8 consultants
- Present findings to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- Drive digital transformation and operational excellence projects
- Mentor junior consultants and facilitate knowledge sharing
- Build and maintain executive-level client relationships
Qualifications
- 7+ years of management consulting experience at top-tier firms
- MBA or advanced degree from a globally recognized institution
- Proven track record in strategic planning and organizational change
- Expertise in data analytics tools (Tableau, Python, SQL)
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Industry certifications (PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt) preferred
- Experience in healthcare or financial services sectors
