Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for C-level executives, including problem diagnosis, solution design, and implementation support
- Develop data-driven strategic recommendations using advanced analytics and market research frameworks
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications across global client teams
- Mentor junior consultants through structured feedback sessions and skill development programs
- Drive thought leadership by publishing industry insights and presenting at executive forums
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to firm growth initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years of management consulting experience with top-tier firms or equivalent corporate strategy roles
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) from a globally recognized institution
- Proven expertise in strategic planning, operational optimization, or digital transformation
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong project management experience with PMP certification preferred
- Demonstrable ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead complex change initiatives
- Fluency in English with additional languages considered a significant advantage
