Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for C-suite executives, developing actionable strategies to enhance operational efficiency and revenue growth
- Conduct comprehensive market research and data analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive advantages
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and executive presentations to drive consensus on strategic priorities
- Design and implement process optimization frameworks resulting in measurable cost savings and performance improvements
- Mentor junior consultants while managing project deliverables and client relationships
- Develop thought leadership content including whitepapers and industry reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field from a top-tier institution
- 5+ years of management consulting experience at a Big 4 or boutique consulting firm
- Proven track record of delivering high-stakes projects with $1M+ budgets
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and financial modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Professional certification (PMP, CFA, or Six Sigma) preferred
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation initiatives
