Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements spanning strategy development, operational restructuring, and digital transformation initiatives
- Facilitate C-level workshops and executive presentations to align stakeholders on strategic priorities
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks
- Design and implement performance improvement frameworks with measurable KPIs
- Mentor junior consultants while maintaining client relationships and expanding business development pipelines
- Leverage data analytics and AI-driven tools to provide actionable insights for decision-makers
Qualifications
- 10+ years of management consulting experience with top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte, etc.)
- Advanced degree (MBA/PhD) from an Ivy League or equivalent global institution
- Proven track record of leading multi-million dollar transformation projects
- Expertise in at least two industry verticals (Tech, Healthcare, Finance, or Manufacturing)
- Exceptional proficiency in financial modeling, market sizing, and scenario planning
- Strong PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred
- Fluency in English with additional language skills highly valued
