As a Senior Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, translating complex business challenges into actionable, data-driven solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff, ensuring the delivery of excellence in every engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex consulting projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring alignment with client KPIs and business objectives.
- Conduct rigorous market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and mitigate strategic risks.
- Develop and present high-level strategic roadmaps and business models that drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and leadership training to foster organizational change and adoption of new processes.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources, providing transparent progress reports to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate advanced technology solutions with overarching business strategies.
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance and best practices within the management consulting framework.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, or a related field (minimum 5 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
- Proven track record of at least 5-8 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or management advisory.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and synthesize insights into compelling executive presentations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and data analysis software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Valid right to work in the United Kingdom (UK).
