Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end client engagements, from initial discovery to final implementation and handover.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive strategic roadmaps that align with client business objectives and market trends.
- Conduct deep-dive financial and operational analyses to identify growth opportunities and operational inefficiencies.
- Present complex findings and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members.
- Mentor junior consultants and interns, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines, ensuring project milestones are consistently met.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Economics, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience considered).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or a senior strategic role within a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of delivering successful client outcomes and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in project management tools and financial modeling software.
