Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for C-suite executives across financial services, healthcare, and tech sectors
- Develop strategic roadmaps and implementation plans driving 15-30% revenue growth for clients
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive storytelling
- Manage cross-functional teams of 5-8 consultants while ensuring project delivery on time and within budget
- Identify market expansion opportunities and M&A targets using financial modeling and competitive analysis
- Drive digital transformation initiatives optimizing operational efficiency and customer experience
- Mentor junior consultants through structured feedback and skill development workshops
Qualifications
- 7+ years of management consulting experience at top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.)
- Advanced degree (MBA, MSF, or equivalent) from a globally recognized institution
- Proven track record of leading strategic projects resulting in measurable business outcomes
- Expertise in financial modeling, market analysis, and stakeholder management frameworks
- Certifications in Six Sigma, PMP, or relevant industry credentials strongly preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to executive audiences
- Fluency in English with additional languages (Mandarin, Spanish, or German) considered a plus
