Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for C-suite executives across financial services, healthcare, and technology sectors
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for organizational transformation and operational optimization
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions to drive consensus on complex initiatives
- Mentor 3-5 junior consultants through structured feedback loops and skill development programs
- Author high-impact deliverables including market analysis reports, business cases, and implementation frameworks
- Identify new revenue streams through proactive client relationship management and opportunity mapping
- Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, conference presentations, and industry publications
Qualifications
- 7+ years of management consulting experience with Big 4 or top-tier boutique firms
- Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent) from a globally recognized institution
- Proven track record leading complex transformation projects with $1M+ budgets
- Expertise in at least two core methodologies: Six Sigma, Lean, or Change Management
- Exceptional financial modeling and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong industry certifications (PMP, CSM, or FRM) preferred
- Fluency in English with excellent presentation and executive communication abilities
- Authorization to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship
