Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements from diagnosis through implementation
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligned with client business objectives
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions
- Analyze complex market data to identify growth opportunities
- Present insights to C-level executives using data visualization tools
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Mentor junior consultants through structured feedback loops
Qualifications
- 7+ years in management consulting or corporate strategy role
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, or related field
- Proven expertise in transformation initiatives (M&A, digitalization, etc.)
- Strong financial modeling and market analysis capabilities
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent preferred
- Experience with consulting methodologies (e.g., McKinsey, BCG frameworks)
