Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements diagnosing operational inefficiencies and designing scalable solutions
- Develop strategic roadmaps for digital transformation and process optimization initiatives
- Present executive-level recommendations to C-suite stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Mentor 3-5 junior consultants through structured training programs and project coaching
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for £1M+ client engagements
- Drive thought leadership through industry whitepapers and conference presentations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of management consulting experience with top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record leading complex operational improvement projects
- Expertise in change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement frameworks
- Proficiency in analytical tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and process modeling software
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to simplify complex concepts for executive audiences
- Relevant industry certifications (PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt preferred)
