Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements across finance, healthcare, and technology sectors
- Develop data-driven strategic roadmaps and implementation frameworks for C-suite executives
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and executive presentations with Fortune 500 clients
- Manage cross-functional teams of 3-5 consultants to deliver complex transformation projects
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform client recommendations
- Drive digital adoption and change management initiatives for Fortune 500 clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of management consulting experience at top-tier firms (McKinsey/Bain/BCG equivalent)
- Advanced degree from Oxbridge, Ivy League, or equivalent global institution
- Expertise in at least two of: operational transformation, M&A integration, or digital strategy
- Proven ability to manage £1M+ consulting engagements with executive stakeholders
- Exceptional financial modeling and data analytics proficiency (SQL/Python)
- Professional certification (PMP, CFA, or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred)
