Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for C-level stakeholders in financial services and healthcare sectors
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify operational inefficiencies and growth opportunities
- Develop data-driven strategic roadmaps with clear KPIs and implementation frameworks
- Present findings to executive boards using executive dashboards and compelling visual storytelling
- Mentor junior consultants through structured skill development programs
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between IT, finance, and operations teams
- Manage project lifecycles from discovery through to post-implementation review
Qualifications
- 8+ years of management consulting experience with Big 4 or top-tier boutique firms
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) from a top-tier institution
- Proven expertise in process optimization and change management methodologies
- Exceptional financial modeling and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong track record in stakeholder management across multiple organizational levels
- Industry certifications (PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt) preferred
- Fluency in English with excellent presentation and communication abilities
- Experience with SaaS implementation in regulated industries
