Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for C-suite executives across financial services and technology sectors
- Design and implement strategic roadmaps for digital transformation and operational optimization
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and executive presentations to drive decision-making
- Develop financial models and ROI analyses to quantify business impact
- Mentor junior consultants while managing project deliverables and timelines
- Build and maintain executive-level client relationships across EMEA
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers and industry speaking engagements
Qualifications
- 7+ years of management consulting experience at top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, etc.)
- Postgraduate degree (MBA, MSc) from a globally recognized institution
- Expertise in change management, process redesign, or digital transformation
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strategic thinking with commercial acumen in technology or financial services
- Strong presentation skills with experience delivering to executive audiences
